We are proud to be a part of big paper machine rebuild that involved a lot of engineering work, new equipment supplies, as well as commissioning and start-up assistance.

Complete scope covered the entire machine lubrication system, from head box up to the reel. Among other things, but not limited to Cenmia’s area of responsibility:

• Study and evaluation of the original lubrication system
• Modernization and rebuild plan for re-used parts
• Field piping engineering for oil and grease systems
• New parts for existing lube units; new grease system; new back pumping units and hundreds of flow meters
• Supervision, commissioning and start-up assistance
• And many other demanding tasks from demanding, but fair Customer

Uncountable amount of meetings & communications, long days and nights, many kilos of documentation…
