Oil lubrication

C-Lube is a modern lubrication system concept developed by Cenmia. The principles of this concept are used in the delivery of oil lubrication units. We have units ranging from 60 liters to 40 m3 and for flows of 5-2000 l/min.

C-Lube LU oil lubrication units include a tank with a special structure, a pumping unit where the main components are located, and the necessary control and measuring devices.

There are two versions of the C-Lube LU oil lubrication unit. They differ in the mechanical structure of the oil tank and the flow technology:

In this version, the tank has partitions that separate the return chamber, the suction chamber and the settling chamber between them. The tank structure includes a free water separator and a water collection chamber. The lightweight version can be converted to a cassette version, which achieves a more efficient structure for separating air and water.

The cartridge version is more efficient compared to the C-Lube LT version. The return chamber is designed in such a way that the oil purification process begins immediately upon entering the tank. In the middle part are special cartridges that separate the return chamber from the suction chamber. The cartridges form additional chambers inside the tank. This increases the useful volume reserved for oil settling, effectively directing the oil flow inside the oil tank. This makes the oil purification process for air and water more efficient. This allows for a smaller oil tank size and makes the entire equipment compact without compromising performance.
